These jackets were originally styled with the Zouave military look, but were quickly adapted for civilian wear. Our jacket has two optional styles of front: a rounded style similar to the men’s Zouave uniforms and the squarer civilian style that emerged later. There are instructions included for two methods of construction: those used to create the uniform look, and the usual civilian method as well as documentation for the stylings and fabric and trim ideas. Available in two size groups: 4-8 and 10-14.
