4 Tiered 120 Inch Hoop Skirt

This pattern is for a 4 tiered 120 inch diameter hoop skirt.
This is the standard hoop size.  It is large enough to give the bell shape but small enough to allow ease of movement. The pattern is shown with a drawstring waistband but includes instructions for a fitted waistband if preferred. 

 

 

Sizing:
           The use of a drawstring in this pattern makes it truly adjustable for waists up to 45 inches.  The length is 36 inches, with the lowest hoop at 32 inches, but instructions are included to lengthen or shorten as necessary.
