A dressier skirt that has the look of an overskirt and ruffled underskirt, without the expense and extensive fabric required for a completely flounced underskirt. This skirt is very versatile. The split opening can be worn to either the front or the back. Instructions are included for 3”, 4” and 6” ruffles, as well as trim options to use with or without the ruffle. The underskirt panel can be made in three ruffled tiers or in four flounces.
