A simple smock style pinafore, that was worn throughout the 1800’s. The pinafore fastens at the back with three buttons. This style can be left plain or with the additions of ruffles and trims can be “fancied up.” Instructions for two methods of construction: Period bias facing and a modern facing method. Three general sizes are included. [We did not publish an X-Large size because girls of that size and age probably would have worn an adult style apron.]
