COLD?  This wonderful hand crafted vest is perfect for keeping your upper body warm. This vest is appropriate for Civil War reenactments as well as 1800’s events such as Dickens or Christmas Fairs or wagon train (Prairie).  It would also be a good item for workers or volunteers at historical sites.  

This pretty cream hug-me-tight is made with 100% wool.  The stripes in camel and rust brown give the hug-me-tight a dressier look.   The ties at the sides and the button front closures keep the hug-me-tight close to the body. This hug-me-tight is sized as a regular adult (modern size 10 – 16).  The ties allow the vest to be adapted and fitted to you by moving them up or down, tightening or loosening them.  This is a great alternative to a sontag and does not shift around on the body like a sontag can.
