This collar is 1 3/4 inches wide and extends to 21 inches long. There is a row around the top edge of the collar suitable for threading a narrow ribbon through to allow the collar to be slightly gathered to the neckline. The collar is made of 100% cotton thread and may be washed in warm water and laid flat to dry.
