The center cameo measures 25mm X 18 mm (just lightly under 1 inch x 3/4 inch). The complete comb measures 2 1/4 inches X 2 1/2 inches. This comb is not heavy so will not pull out from the hair like a heavy top-weighted comb can do. Even with finer hair, this comb should stay in place. The combs are both lead and nickel free.
