TSU-068 Pilcher - Diaper Cover Sewing Pattern, Infant and Toddlers
These wonderful inventions were known by many names: pilchers, savers, drawers or diaper covers. But whatever the name they serve one purpose, to cover the cloth diaper and prevent the wee ones clothing from getting wet. For re-enactors of 1800’s life they are a life-saver, allowing the mother the modern convenience of disposable diapers, while being hidden by a truly period garment.
This pattern is for a simple diaper cover that will allow modern mothers the convenience of disposal diapers, while having the look of “Era” garments.
