TSA-533 Secesh and other Patriotic Aprons Sewing Pattern
TSA-533 Secesh and other Patriotic Aprons Sewing Pattern
TSA-533 Secesh and other Patriotic Aprons Pattern is for a "Southern" sympathizers apron with a red and white paneled skirt and a blue bib with white appliqué stars. An alternative method of stitching the stars is also shown for those who do not wish to appliqué.
For our “Northern” ladies:
Alternative instructions are included for other patriotic styled aprons. If you wish to make a patriotic apron you can replace the red and white skirt of the “Secesh apron” with a panel of a patriotic print fabric such as red and white stripes, one of the many other great patriotic conversation prints available or alternating bands of red and white fabric.
All the aprons are built on a waistband that is designed button in the back.
Timeless Stitches offers Period correct safety pins called fibulas to attach your bibs to your bodice. They are $2.00 a pair and available in the Jewelry Department.
Sizing: This pattern is adaptable for all waist sizes.
