TSA-530 Toddler Pinafore Sewing Pattern, Toddler Apron
TSA-530 Toddler Pinafore Sewing Pattern, Toddler Apron
With the simple banded yoke and straps, this Toddler Pinafore will easily slip over most dresses, and the styling gives it an almost timeless quality. These pinafores can be worn with almost any Era of clothing. The pinafore can be dressed up or down by your choice of fabrics and trims. As with the Bishops Dress, you may want to make the pinafore longer and add a few growth tucks, or a large hem to allow for growth. The pinafore can be used as an apron when it becomes too short. There are two styles of back available as well as two styles of closures. This simple to make garment is a great topper for the little TSD-320 Bishops Dress.
Fabric Requirements:
The amount of fabric required varies according to the length of the pinafore (approx. 1 yard for most sizes)
5/8” bone or wood buttons if choosing button back or want button straps
Trims of choice
Sizing:
Pattern includes six sizes: Infant, 1T, 2T, 3T, 4T, 6 and 8.
Making a diaper cover in the same fabric is a perfect way to complete your outfit and gives you a period way to cover a modern disposable diaper. TSU-068 Pilcher/Diaper cover works well.
